Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR
Founder and CEO
Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR, is founder and CEO of SEEK Careers/Staffing, Inc., a 50-year old commercial staffing service which has 16 branch offices in Wisconsin and 4 in the Twin Cities. SEEK Careers provides temporary office, accounting, skilled and light industrial help. She also founded SEEK Professionals, LLC, which includes the placement of direct-hire manufacturing professionals and re-Employ.com, which re-engages retirees.
A person who totally embraces the concept of community involvement, Schneider gives back to her community in too many ways to mention. Here are just a few. She served on the Board of the Tempo® International Foundation and is the past president of Tempo International – an organization of executive and professional women. She is on the Council of the Milwaukee 7 and currently chairs an ad-hoc committee to improve transportation in Ozaukee County.
Formerly she served on the UW-Whitewater Business College Dean’s Advisory Board and the Ozaukee County Economic Development Corporation board. She was one of the founders of Ozaukee County’s Workforce 2020 initiative, she led the organization that was responsible for public transportation in Ozaukee County and she mentored Washington County’s transportation organization.
Joel Schneider, CSP
President
Formerly Vice President of Operations for SEEK Careers/Staffing, Joel has more than 30 years of experience in the staffing services industry. He established SEEK’s branch offices in West Bend, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay and Wausau.
He earned his CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) in 1995. Joel has been active in the West Bend Rotary since 1989. He was Past President of West Bend Rotary and was recognized as Rotarian of the Year in 1995. Joel is involved in many community functions throughout the year including the annual Seafood Fest, Shrimp Boil and Enchantment in the Park. He is also a certified instructor in Hunter’s Safety for the DNR. Joel is also a member of the WCEDA (Washington County Economic Development Association).
Debbie Fedel, CSP, PHR, SHRM-CP
Vice President, Business Development
Debbie is the Vice President of Business Development at SEEK, where she plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and is a respected member of the Strategic Leadership Team. With over 40 years of staffing industry experience and more than 43 years in management and sales, Debbie has been with SEEK since 1987.
She holds several professional certifications, including the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification (1997), the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification (1993), and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification (2015).
Debbie has been an active leader in the Wisconsin Society of Human Resource Managers (WI-SHRM), having served as the Leadership and Membership Director and contributing to the State Convention Committee. She has also been the President of the Sheboygan Area Chapter and a board member for the Milwaukee Metro Chapter, where she chaired the Certification Committee.
In addition, Debbie has served on the Board of Directors for Portal, Inc. in Grafton, WI. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Sara Luchsinger, CSP, PHR
Vice President, Organizational Development
Sara has over 25 years of staffing industry experience working for SEEK. Starting as a Talent Specialist in Grafton, she quickly realized recruiting was her passion. After working in several offices, Sara learned every role from recruiting to sales and then focused on growing new leaders and building high performing teams. Sara earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate in 1999 and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) in 2000. Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Lakeland College.
Sara is a vocal and active leader in the staffing community. She serves on the Board of Directors for WASS (Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services). She has chaired several volunteer groups at the American Staffing Association and serves on the IDEA, Social Responsibility, Tech and Women in Leadership committees. Her contributions have been published in Staffing Success Magazine and Sara has been recognized as a top 10 contributor to ASA’s Community for three years in a row.
Her past leadership includes serving on the board of directors for the Sheboygan Area Chapter of SHRM and on the board of NEW – ATD on the board as Program Director, Membership Director, President and Past President.
Shannon Killeen, CPA
Vice President, Finance
Shannon serves as the Vice President of Finance at SEEK Careers/Staffing, bringing over a decade of financial leadership and expertise to the organization. She currently oversees the Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Benefits Administration functions, ensuring SEEK’s financial integrity and operational excellence.
Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University Mequon and successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in 2013.
Following graduation, her career began in public accounting as an auditor at Kolb + Co. (now Sikich), working with clients across the manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit sectors. Upon joining SEEK in 2012 as a Staff Accountant, Shannon’s dedication and financial acumen quickly propelled her up SEEK’s leadership ladder, serving as Controller before being promoted to VP of Finance in 2023.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys an active lifestyle with a passion for volleyball and golf. She’s also invested in giving back to her community, actively supporting her local church, Kingdom Workers, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Ian Weide, CSP
Director of Business Development
Ian is a seasoned leader in business development and staffing, currently serving as the Business Development Director at SEEK. Since joining the company in 2017 as a Business Development Partner, Ian has been instrumental in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. His commitment to excellence led him to earn his Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification in 2019, further solidifying his expertise in the industry.
Beyond his role at SEEK, Ian is deeply engaged in the human resources community. As the current President of the Green Bay Area Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), he has played a pivotal role in advancing HR initiatives and strengthening industry standards. Under his leadership, the chapter has received numerous prestigious accolades, including the HR Agility Award, Enterprising Leadership Award, Excel Awards, and the national Pinnacle Award.
With over a decade of leadership experience spanning multiple levels of management, Ian has developed a profound respect for human resources and staffing. He takes pride in his ability to problem-solve and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while upholding the highest professional standards for himself and his team.
Ian’s career trajectory began with a passion for aviation. He studied at Cochise College in the flight program, earning his pilot’s license and working toward his commercial license. However, following the events of September 11, 2001, his path shifted, ultimately leading him to a fulfilling career in business development and HR consulting. His adaptability and dedication continue to drive his success in the staffing industry today.
